Why a photo + signature matters

Inboxes with a real photo and full signature get noticeably higher reply rates. Prospects trust faces and complete details over anonymous emails. We'll add these to every inbox we set up for you.

We never send cold emails from your main company domain. Here's why:

Why separate domains?

Cold email has a small risk of affecting sender reputation. We never touch your primary domain (e.x. northboundreach.com, the one your team uses every day). Instead we register separate lookalike domains like northboundreach.se, mynorthboundreach.com, or getnorthboundreach.com, and send only from those. Your main inbox stays untouched. This is industry standard practice.

Who should buy the domains? *

You buy them for us We'll handle everything. A domain costs ~$10-12/year.

We'll buy them ourselves We'll purchase the domains on our end and send you the details to connect email inboxes to the domains.

Subdomain ideas

What variations of your company name would look natural? We'll register 3-5 of these as .com domains. Leave blank if you want us to suggest them.

No problem, it takes 3 minutes. Go to calendly.com, create a free account, set up a 30-min meeting type with 10-min buffers between bookings, and paste the link below. Make sure your time zone is correct. Also connect your existing calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) so only times you're actually free show up to leads. And set availability windows you can realistically take meetings during, otherwise leads might book slots you can't make.

When a lead replies but our AI isn't 100% sure how to answer, who should we ping?

Why does this matter?

Most replies are handled automatically. But some require human judgment — tricky questions, custom pricing, very specific objections. In those cases the AI flags the thread and we notify you so you can step in fast. The faster you respond, the higher the chance the lead converts.
